ふくろう An owl

陶器の作品にとりかかる時は

ふと浮かんだアイデアを軽くスケッチしてから

はじめることが多いです。

Before I work with clay,

 I usually do some sketches of my inspiration.

と実感していたら

お散歩の途中で

２匹のチョウチョが一緒に飛んでいました。

私は歩き、チョウチョは飛ぶ。

こんなにちがう生き物だけど

とても美しい地球に一緒に住んでいる。

そんな奇跡のような日常がとても嬉しい。

Saw two butterflies having fun flying 

during my walk.

We are all so different 

yet we share our lives on this beautiful planet.

I am so grateful for all the miracles 
that are brought into our daily lives.

Can't resist myself from picking up pretty things that nature provides us!

金色 Gold luster

初めて金色を使った作品。

My first (and so far the last) piece using gold luster .

朝のお散歩 morning walk

透き通った朝の空気は私の心を自然に世界とつなげてくれます。

Beautiful morning breeze connects my heart with nature so easily.

その人が何をしている人なのかというのは表面的なものだから、

その人の心が何を感じて、何を想って、どんなことで喜び、

どんな時に笑顔になるのかを知っていきたい。

What people do for a living is just how they appear to be to the external world, 

so I wanna know what their hearts say, what they feel, 

and what brings them joy and smile.

和菓子 Japanese sweets

穴窯で焼いた小さなお皿の上に...

On a small anagama fired plate....

小さな春のお花が咲きました！

お花見 Enjoying cherry blossoms

春真っ盛り。

桜の花が満開です！

近くの公園で太陽の暖かさをめいっぱい満喫しました。

Such a beautiful scenery in a park not far from my place :)

I am so grateful for this beautiful and warm season.

濃いピンクもきれい

Even though the majority of Sakura blossoms are whitish pink color,

this reddish pink ones are pretty, too.

桜がみんな歌ってるみたい！

It looks as if the cherry blossoms are singing with joy!

桜の木も新しい芽を出していました。

Today was the warmest day of this year.
